Responsibilities
- Hands-On Cleanroom Work: Take an active role in the cleanroom, performing and supervising a wide range of nanofabrication processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a small team of engineers and technicians. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Process Development & Optimization: Drive the development of new fabrication processes and continuously optimize existing ones to improve yield, efficiency, and performance.
- Project Management: Plan and manage fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cross-Facility Collaboration: Plan and Manage the process transfer to more professional cleanrooms in near future
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control standards for all fabrication processes and products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and product teams to translate technical requirements into scalable manufacturing processes.
